Close up view of the implant site reveals mild plaque accumulation on adjacent teeth. Oral hygiene instruction is emphasized to the patient as to preserve the healthy tissue which is very crucial to the final esthetic result

The front centric view reveals a nice band of keratinized gingiva with slight facial alveolar bone resorption. The soft tissue is preserved after the removal of the failure implant. I must note there is no infection in the previous implant treatment, the implant turned as we try to torque the implant after almost one year. The surgical site heals very nicely throughout the entire therapy.

As we see here, the white cell now is residing on the second chamber, totally separated from the red cell layer in the first chamber. Now, we are ready for the hard spin to separate the platelet from the white cells.
